Flat Rate Shipping & eParcel

Orders under $75 delivered within Australia are charged a flat shipping rate of $7. This makes it easier to calculate the total cost of your order before reaching the checkout.

To keep this rate affordable, some smaller orders may be sent in an untracked envelope. These orders generally arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary.

Tracking Your Parcel

Australia Post eParcel is Mapworld’s preferred delivery service for parcel orders. It allows your parcel to be tracked throughout its journey.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Australia Post may also send delivery updates so you can follow your parcel and see when it is expected to arrive.

If you need assistance locating an order, Mapworld can conduct a more detailed search using Australia Post’s tracking system.

Receiving Your Parcel

Some eParcel deliveries require a signature. You or another authorised person may accept and sign for the parcel.

If no one will be available, you may request that Australia Post leave the parcel in a nominated safe location. Enter your safe-drop instructions in the Order Notes section of your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

Safe-drop requests remain subject to Australia Post’s delivery rules and the driver determining that the nominated location is suitable and secure.
