World Hema Political (Pacific) Classic 1550 x 970mm Supermap Laminated with Hang Rails

The World Political (Pacific Centred) large laminated map by Hema is an extremely detailed political map; the map uses an attractive combination of muted pastels to allow for easy country identification and rich blues to show the ocean depths.

The map is Pacific centred, which is a great way of viewing the world if you are from the Asia Pacific region, as it gives an excellent perspective as to where the rest of the World is relative to us.

This map is completely up to date showing as it does the most recent geopolitical change, which was the creation of South Sudan on the 9th of July 2011.

The high-quality laminate in which the map is encapsulated allows you to draw on or to apply map dots to locations of interest without permanently marking the map. The lamination also makes the map very durable protecting against tears and stains as well as acting as a UV filter.

The easiest way to hang your map is by having wooden hang rollers attached top and bottom with a hanging cord on the top roller, so all you have to do is put a hook in the wall. The hang rails come lacquered in a natural timber colour.

This is a really excellent world map suitable for the home, office or classroom.
