Mongolia ITMB Map

Thinking back, it seems hard to believe that we have sold through five editions of our double sided Mongolia maps, split East and West. Of course, it is a popular travel destination, and reliable information is now much more readily available than was the case when we first started mapping this vast and largely undeveloped desert country. I think it is fair to say that the main road network is pretty much fixed in position, but secondary roads tend to be tracks that follow diverse paths towards obscure destinations. Regardless, it is a lovely country to visit, with lots to see and friendly people.

We’ve updated the Ulaanbaatar capital city inset map, noting the train ticketing office (which isn’t in the train station), several museums,  & various temples. 

We can laminate this map, which will allow you to draw on it in whiteboard marker or apply map dots to locations of interest without permanently marking the map. The lamination also makes the map very durable and protects against tears and stains.

To laminate this map we have taken the folded map and flattened it out before encapsulating it in high-quality 80-micron laminate, so please be aware that there will still be slight fold lines visible.
