Silva's Ranger 3 is part of the Silva Ranger series of compasses which are designed for more experienced users.

Silva Ranger compasses have more functionality and have north / south lines in the housing so you can quickly find directions.

The compass is soft, easy to grip and has a built-in magnifier.

The map measuring scales are in millimetres, 1:50.000 and 1:25.000.

The compass also has luminous markings for use in the dark.
